Carol Singing Sunday 16th December 2018: at 2pm (until 3pm) outside HomeBase in Craigleith Retail Park (NOT SAINSBURYS).  All welcome to join this Outreach to the community and raise more money for Alzheimer Scotland.  See you there or if you want more information contact Michael Cockburn 332 4841.

Edinburgh University Brass Band: The Total Amount raised last week to go towards the Band’s expenses was £746.00 – which was very much appreciated!

Jubilo Carol Concert on 15th December at Inverleith St Serf’s Church, Ferry Road at 7.30 pm.   As usual there is a mixed programme of Christmas music and carols.  Jim Laing, Issy Innes, Katy Williamson, Elspeth Williamson, Muriel Stenhouse, Amy Donaldson and Alison Hewat are selling tickets for £12 (concession at £10).

Burns Supper 26th January 2019: at the Holiday Inn, City West, Craigleith will be as good as the previous year’s sell out. Tickets for a 3 course meal with tea/coffee & talent very well known to us all costs £35 with any surplus going to the BftF Appeal. Great Christmas present! Strachan House: Would you be a “befriender” with a resident of Strachan House.  Attend their monthly coffee morning (First Friday of the month 10AM -12 noon -  
7th December 2018 being the next one) and at other times as part of our Outreach and care to the community.
