Sundays at Blackhall St. Columba's  Church

Our Sunday services provide an opportunity for us to meet together to learn from God’s Word and enjoy each other’s fellowship.

Join us for our worship family service.

The service normally lasts a little over an hour and we usually follow through a preaching series in a particular book of the Bible or on a particular theme. Coffee and Tea follows.

We preach God’s word and our Sunday Services faithfully teach from it each week.  We tend to work through books from both the Old and New Testament and topical, and doctrinal themes.

Family Services are held on the first Sunday of each month at 9.30 am. The services are very informal and both adults and children worship together with contemporary songs, activities and prayers. Coffee and tea follows the service.

These services are proving increasingly popular with families and young people – providing a livelier format than a “normal Sunday”

Communion is celebrated three times a year - on the last Sunday of February, June and October. On those Sundays services are held at 9.30 and 11 a.m. We welcome all those who know and love the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord to share in communion. Children who have been baptised and, who with the parents consent, are welcome to share in the Sacrament.

'Children and the Lord's Supper' booklet.

We also have a monthly Communion Service on the last Sunday of every month after the 11.00 am service.
